Welcoming Dr. Ashley Huderson to the Mo-saiQ Board of Directors

At Mo-saiQ, we believe transformational change happens when visionary leaders come together to expand opportunity, challenge systems, and invest in the brilliance of young people. It is with great excitement that we welcome Ashley Huderson, Ph.D., MBA to the Mo-saiQ Board of Directors.

Dr. Huderson joins Mo-saiQ at a pivotal moment in our growth as we deepen our reach, expand our innovation pathway model, and advance our vision of ensuring Black and brown scholars are not only prepared to enter the STEM and entrepreneurship ecosystem but equipped to thrive and lead within them.

A nationally recognized STEM leader, Dr. Huderson brings more than 15 years of experience advancing equitable access to STEM education through program design, workforce development, research, and policy. As Senior Director of Programs for an international engineering organization, she leads global initiatives that support aspiring engineers and expand access to high‑impact learning experiences. Her previous service as a STEM and Computer Science Equity Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Education helped shape national strategies to broaden participation in STEM.

Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to dismantling systemic barriers and building inclusive pathways from K–12 through early career. That commitment has earned national recognition, including the prestigious Black Engineer of the Year Awards Modern-Day Technology Leader Award.

But beyond her extraordinary credentials, Ashley brings something equally important: alignment.

She is drawn to Mo-saiQ’s belief that talent is everywhere, but access to the hidden rules, social capital, and affirming ecosystems needed to navigate opportunity is not. She sees in Mo-saiQ a model that does more than support academic achievement—it cultivates belonging, confidence, strategic navigation, and leadership.

That alignment matters.

As Mo-saiQ continues building an innovation pathway engine for scholars and advancing the vision for iQNNECTED Scholar Navigator, Ashley’s expertise across systems change, STEM ecosystems, and talent development will help sharpen our strategy and strengthen our impact.

Her perspective will be invaluable as we continue asking bold questions:

  • How do we reimagine pathways into innovation careers?
  • How do we ensure Black and brown brilliance is cultivated, not overlooked?
  • How do we build ecosystems where scholars are prepared not only to participate—but to lead?

Ashley has spent her career helping answer those questions.

In joining our board, she strengthens a growing community of leaders committed to changing what opportunity looks like for the next generation.

“Mo-saiQ’s work reflects the belief that talent is everywhere, but opportunity must be intentionally built,” Dr. Huderson shared. “I’m excited to support an organization that is redefining how scholars are seen, supported, and empowered to lead.

We could not be more honored to welcome Ashley into this work.

Please join us in welcoming Ashley Huderson to the Mo-saiQ family.

The future is brighter because of leaders like her.
