HOW WE CHANGE THE WORLD
Our Approach
Comprehensive Solutions: Designed by leaders of color from educational programs at MIT, Duke, and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mo-saiq seeks to develop Black, Hispanic, and Indigenous young people who are culture changers and catalysts for change in their communities. Through Mo-saiq Pathway, Parent Academy, and working with diverse nonprofit leaders and educators, we aim to support over 1M young people as they grow into adulthood.
Building the Connected Ecosystem

Pathway
Mo-saiq Pathway helps students and families understand the “unwritten curriculum” for career development, offering access to relevant programs and resources. It’s a key part of our strategy, combining academic guidance, cultural learning, and career exposure.
SUPPORTING FAMILIES
Parent
Academy
In 2024, we’ll launch our Parents Academy, starting with parents of 1st-3rd graders in Boston, Washington, DC, and North Carolina. It supports academically curious children in Black, Hispanic, and Indigenous communities. This program includes virtual meetings, webinars, in-person events, and learning opportunities for kids. Future expansion to Chicago, Detroit, New York, Georgia, and Arkansas is planned.

BLACK COMPUTER SCIENCE NETWORK
Thanks to initial funding from the Infosys Foundation USA, we’re launching the Black Computer Science Network (BCSN) in partnership with TECH CORPS, Code Crew, and Project Invent. BCSN supports Black nonprofit leaders providing computer science education to underrepresented communities. Investing in these leaders is crucial for systemic change, as they understand the unique challenges faced by communities of color.
